After graduating from Concordia University, Irvine, with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and studio art, Kathryn Rigoni knew she was meant for a life of entrepreneurship. She dove headfirst, trying to figure out what that looked like. Starting out in retail sales, Kathryn honed in on her selling skills and quickly evolved into a managerial role at a global lifestyle retail brand that sold high end women's clothing and home decor. Later, she worked as a visual merchandising manager for a European fashion brand based in Amsterdam. Her successful career in business and a keen eye for design led her to start her own business as a floral designer. Running your own business takes a certain type of dedication, passion, and intentionality. Kathryn ran her business for 10 successful years and encountered many wonderful clients. After starting a family and moving back to her husband's hometown of Missoula, Montana, Kathryn shifted gears and started working as a designer for a local builder. While working on design selections with clients for custom homes as well as production projects, Kathryn saw an opportunity to blend her passion for design, customer service, and business entrepreneurship. That led her to begin her journey as a real estate agent.
